Sheets/Covers

Whether you call it a slip sheet, tier sheet, dust cover or pallet cover, we have what you need to keep your products protected. JR Paper can produce sheets of varying caliper (thickness) and material to meet your needs. If you need a thick, moisture-resistant pallet cover or just a thin slip sheet to separate a certain number of products, we can do both. We also have the option of uncoated, poly coated, or clay-coated paper, chipboard or gypsum board.

Uses for our recycled paper sheets and covers include:

• Protecting products from nails, wood splinters, etc. when stacked on pallets
• Preventing strapping, moisture, or damage to a product when in storage or transport
• Stabilizing product so that it stacks neatly, doesn’t shift and tip over
• Dividing units of measure – for example, placing a slip sheet between every 1000 pieces

Most of our products are made to order so that we can meet your needs exactly, but we also have a variety of materials on hand for standard needs. Chipboard is in stock in a caliper range of .015 to .050 inches. Kraft Linerboard and Medium are available in a weight range of 26-42 lb.

Floor Mats

Packaging

Packaging can come in many different forms. At JR Paper, we focus on producing recycled paper packaging and have found that there are several advantages in doing so.  Some of these advantages include:

• Cost efficiency
• Environmentally friendly (recycled, biodegradable)
• Less messy than Styrofoam peanuts, etc.
• Useful for more than just packaging

JR Paper produces layer pads (divider pads) to protect the product inside a box from being damaged when it is opened. Alternatively, divider pads can be used to secure a product in a box, as a void filler, or as a stiffener when shrink wrapping.

We also offer stuffing papers to fill voids in boxes and prevent shifting. Packing paper is also useful for protecting fragile items from breaking or in covering products to keep them free from dust, moisture or other contaminants. Or, you can use our recycled wrapping paper to keep a work area safe from spills. Stuffing or wrapping paper is a simple product that has many uses. Scratch/Note Paper

A must have at any workplace, note paper from JR Paper is a cost effective and environmentally friendly alternative to post it notes or paper pads. Our premium scratch paper is just as good, or better, and half as expensive! If you need to jot down directions or leave a note for a colleague, our scratch paper is perfect for you. We can cut it to the size you need, and there are many grades of paper to choose from.
